The early bird gets the most worms and the night owl prospers late into the twilight hours. We’re all birds of a certain feather in that we all have own time of day where we are most productive. As you plan your day, it is important to recognize your peak performance hours and make every attempt to schedule key tasks during these hours.
While it’s certainly not possible for everyone to adjust their work hours, you should identify tasks you can accomplish. For example, if you’re a night owl with a traditional daytime job you might schedule workouts or educational reading in the evening.
The main opportunity here is to recognize what time of day you’re most effective and then find ways to benefit. So ask yourself, what type of bird are you? Please give us your comments.
