This is so true… I used to sit down with a package of Oreos and next thing I knew, they would be half gone… I was able to lose 40 pounds by doing just what you suggested… having fresh cut veggies READY TO EAT when I wanted a snack: carrots if I wanted a sweet snack, celery or cukes if I wanted salty. I didn’t totally cut out the Oreos, but I would only take 2 cookies out of the package and leave the package in the cupboard!
