July 18 is Toss Away the “Could Haves” and “Should Haves” Day. Why not use this day to toss your regrets away?
Here’s an idea to get you started. Use one of your note pages in your Day-Timer® Planner to right down all of your regrets. Once you are finished, take a look at your list. Ask yourself if anything can be done to change these negatives into positives.
On another sheet make a list of steps that you can take to prevent yourself from making the same mistake again. Study this list and try to incorporate a few of these changes into your daily routine.
Save these two pieces of paper and whenever you are feeling down take a look at your lists to remind yourself where you’ve been and how far you’ve come.
Start small and you will see BIG results in the long run!
